WARRANTY INFORMATION
When investing in a luxury watch online, it’s natural to have questions about the warranty. At Time Square Luxury, we understand that peace of mind is essential, especially when making a significant purchase. That’s why we provide both a warranty from us and/or the manufacturer/brand for all new luxury timepieces and many of our used watches. Below, we’ll explain the differences between these two types of warranties and offer advice on which to use first.
OFFICIAL BRAND WARRANTY
Time Square Luxury sources all brand new timepieces from Authorized Dealers (AD’s) and other reputable sources to ensure authenticity. Additionally, we buy and sell pre-owned luxury watches and offer trade-ins as well. Many of our pre-owned watches are sold with their official papers and some may still have part, or all, of their brand warranty remaining.
This means that all brand new watches and many of our pre-owned timepieces come with the brand manufacturer’s warranty card included. You can make use of the official warranty and send your watch for repairs to the brand service facility. It’s essential to read the warranty terms and conditions of the brand you’re interested in by visiting their website or reading the warranty card itself.
Please note that some brands state they will not honor their warranty if you didn’t purchase your watch from an Authorized Dealer. However, in most cases, as long as you have the original warranty card, there should be no issue in claiming the brand warranty. It’s always advisable to contact us first to check if the issue is covered by the Time Square Luxury warranty.
TIME SQUARE LUXURY WARRANTY
We provide a Time Square Luxury Warranty with every watch we sell. Our watches are guaranteed to keep time within specification for the time period indicated on the individual listing, from the purchase date. If the watch has symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time, we’ll service it for free.
However, our warranty does not cover any “external damage” to the product, including wear and tear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party nullifies the warranty from Time Square Luxury. This limited warranty also does not cover any damage caused by exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty or any implied warranties.
It’s important to note that watches are resistant to water only under specific conditions. Do not submerge your watch in hot or salty water, especially in a Jacuzzi, hot bath, or hot shower. Always keep the crown fastened down and make sure the caseback is tightly closed before submerging the watch in water.
At Time Square Luxury, all of our watches are sourced from reliable sources and are 100% guaranteed to be authentic. We inspect every piece in our inventory before purchase and do not purchase or affiliate with any business or website that sells fake or replica watches.
