Refunds for Misrepresented Items
We take pride in accurately representing our products; however, if an item is unacceptably misrepresented in the product listing (e.g., incorrect model numbers, wrong papers), we offer several options for a prompt and hassle free resolution:
- Full Refund: You will receive a refund for the full price of the item.
- Exchange: The watch will be exchanged for the correct item.
- Store Credit: You will receive credit towards another item of your choice.
- Partial Refund: A partial refund will be issued based on the nature of the misrepresentation.
Deposit Policy
All deposits made through wire transfers or Zelle are non-refundable and non-transferable. Therefore, please ensure your commitment to a purchase before leaving a deposit.
Return Window
- Timepieces: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Accessories: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Restocking Fee
All returns for items you no longer desire are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please ensure your decision to purchase before completing your order.
Return Procedure
All approved returns must adhere to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, packaging, with all accessories included.
- All returns will be inspected prior to issuing a refund.
Deposit Policy Clarification
Deposits made towards specific watches are solely applicable to the reserved item. Once a deposit is placed and the watch is reserved for you, it cannot be returned for a refund or transferred to another watch.
Custom Orders
For ‘special order’ timepieces that require ordering or customizations, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable once the process has commenced. This includes ordering parts and configuring the watch according to your specifications.
