All orders over $100 qualify for free ground shipping. All orders that qualify for free shipping will be at no cost to you.

We reserve the option to determine the specific shipping method.

SHIPPING GUIDE

All shipping addresses will be recorded by order and email. Only addresses recorded can be used for shipment. A shipment address cannot be changed once an item is shipped out from our facility. We ask that you plan ahead of the delivery date and ensure that the purchaser is at the business/residence on the date of delivery to receive your package.

Most items are shipped with insured shipping labels overnight and require the signature of the purchaser upon the delivery of the package. For added security, you may request that your item be shipped to your nearest FedEx or UPS facility for pickup.

PACKAGING

At Time Square Luxury, we carefully package our items to ensure their safety. We understand the importance of handing such high value items to a trusted courier, who will safeguard it with care and ensure they arrive to you in a timely manner and in pristine condition.

In the unlikely event that you receive a package damaged, such as an outer box, booklets, manuals, etc. Time Square Luxury reserves the right to replace those items. The replacement of original manufacturers packaging cannot be guaranteed.

INSURANCE

Time Square Luxury provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out.

Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

TRACKING

You will be provided with your tracking number via text and/or email once your item is shipped out. You may then track your package and register to receive text updates through the curriers website.

The couriers we partner with are FedEx and UPS, and you may track your packages vial these links.

RESTRICTIONS

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses

We currently do not ship outside of the United States unless it is arranged prior to finalizing a purchase.
