I see I'm going to be the 25th 5-star review for Mendy here on Google reviews.
He is just getting started on Chrono 24 and a few other sites so he does not have a long track record there. That worried me at first but I was quickly put at ease. Mendy is very up-front and happy to provide documentation. He sent me a copy of his driver's license with photo ID and a NY business license. All are authentic and with Matching addresses. I shared my information with him. I know it's scary to wire transfer large sums of money to people you don't personally know. I did my homework, and he did have 24 5-star reviews on here at the time. Everything added up.

So, what's his story?

Mendy has been in business for years as a wholesaler. Because of that, he has an amazing network of trusted colleagues in which to do business. No shady characters, or fly-by-night operators. You've seen all of those on YouTube. Scary. Buy a dealer before you buy the watch.

When the wholesale market shifted he decided to pivot his business to include direct to consumers. That was a gain for all of us. Mendy helped me turn my grail watch pictured in the first photo, into the same one you see on my wrist. He found me an 18K white gold, blue dial Daytona that was discontinued in 2023. The watch was brand new, never worn with original factory stickers, box, Rolex 5-year warranty card(dated June of 2023), the green hang tag, and the white Rolex tag which lists the model and serial number. A proven way to authenticate that the dial is original to the watch. This is a unicorn. You just can't get these things. The best possible version of exactly the watch I have been looking for, over the past few years.  Now here is the kicker. Because I found him and purchased it directly, not through a middleman service, he was able to sell it to me for thousands less than the lowest price I could find online. Including Chrono 24(which charges dealers a 6.5% fee to sell on that platform). I get the sense his overhead is low, and he passes that savings on to you.
