This comes as a pair with one larger and one smaller folio case. It features the ultimate mark of luxury stamped into the fabric on both the inside and the exterior. On the exterior, you feel a plush blue suede and on the interior, it is made of soft leather with an absolutely stunning black etched photo of La Brasas (Audemars Piguet’ headquarters) on both sides. In each case there is a stamped Audemars Piguet badge, as well as an additional zipper pocket for smaller items. The folio cases are made in Italy and commissioned by Audemars Piguet for VIP clients and close friends of the brand.

Please keep in mind that we do not accept money orders, personal or bank checks. Such payment methods will be returned to you. Instead, we recommend using one of our accepted payment methods.
For customers interested in making a direct wire transfer, we accept both domestic and international orders. Please note that wire transfer orders cannot be placed online and must be placed over the phone. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order number and wire transfer details via email. However, international wire transfers may take longer than usual depending on your bank.

SHIPPING GUIDE
All shipping addresses will be recorded by order and email. Only addresses recorded can be used for shipment. A shipment address cannot be changed once an item is shipped out from our facility. We ask that you plan ahead of the delivery date and ensure that the purchaser is at the business/residence on the date of delivery to receive your package.
Most items are shipped with insured shipping labels overnight and require the signature of the purchaser upon the delivery of the package. For added security, you may request that your item be shipped to your nearest FedEx or UPS facility for pickup.
PACKAGING
At Time Square Luxury, we take great care to ensure that your package arrives safely and securely. As part of this commitment, all packages shipped by us are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. Moreover, to ensure the highest level of security, all packages are shipped with an “Adult Signature” requirement before release by the FedEx driver.
We understand that your timepiece is a valuable possession and we want you to receive it in perfect condition. Therefore, we kindly ask that you inspect the package before signing to ensure that it has not been tampered with or damaged during transit. If you notice any signs of tampering or damage, please contact us immediately and we will assist you with the necessary steps to address the issue.
INSURANCE
Time Square Luxury provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out.
In the unlikely event that you receive a package damaged, such as an outer box, booklets, manuals, etc. please contact us immediately. The replacement of original manufacturers packaging cannot be guaranteed.
TRACKING
You will be provided with your tracking number via text and/or email once your item is shipped out. You may then track your package and register to receive text updates through the curriers website.
Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.
