– Free Bracelet Sizing The Rolex Day-Date is one of the most prized in the Rolex Collection. Introduced in 1956. It soon became known as the “Rolex President”. It was unofficially renamed after President Eisenhower became associated with a particular Day-Date watch. This association was made as the watch was known to have been worn by LBJ and shared a scandalous connection to JFK. Since then, it has earned the vote of a diverse array of very important figures, including Warren Buffett, Jay Z, and (the fictional character we know as) Tony Soprano. In 1977, Rolex started using the new (at the time) 3055 movement for the Day-Date/President line. As of 2018, the Day-Date 40 uses the 3255 movement, and others with the same features, but for different sized cases. This Day-Date is equipped with the calibre 3255, a selfwinding mechanical movement entirely designed and manufactured by Rolex. It features a day and date calendar disc mechanism. The 3255 is fitted with a Parachrom hairspring and high performance Paraflex shock absorbers developed by Rolex, offering greater resistance to shocks and to extreme conditions. Like all Rolex Perpetual movements, the 3255 is a Certified Swiss Chronometer, a designation reserved for high-precision watches that have successfully passed the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC) tests. Its architecture, in common with all Oyster watch movements, makes it extremely reliable. For over fifty years, the Rolex President was exclusively available with a 36mm case. For some, this was too small for a men’s watch, even for a dress timepiece. So, in 2008, the Swiss watchmaker unveiled a much larger Rolex President with the Day-Date II. Then, seven short years later, Rolex introduced yet another version of the Presidential watch with the Day-Date 40, which in fact replaced the President II. Most items are shipped with insured shipping labels overnight and require the signature of the purchaser upon the delivery of the package. For added security, you may request that your item be shipped to your nearest FedEx or UPS facility for pickup.

In the unlikely event that you receive a package damaged, such as an outer box, booklets, manuals, etc. please contact us immediately. The replacement of original manufacturers packaging cannot be guaranteed.
TRACKING
You will be provided with your tracking number via text and/or email once your item is shipped out. You may then track your package and register to receive text updates through the curriers website.
