All shipping addresses will be recorded by order and email. Only addresses recorded can be used for shipment. A shipment address cannot be changed once an item is shipped out from our facility. Most items are shipped with insured shipping labels overnight and require the signature of the purchaser upon the delivery of the package. For added security, you may request that your item be shipped to your nearest FedEx or UPS facility for pickup.

Time Square Luxury provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out.
In the unlikely event that you receive a package damaged, such as an outer box, booklets, manuals, etc. please contact us immediately. The replacement of original manufacturers packaging cannot be guaranteed.
TRACKING
You will be provided with your tracking number via text and/or email once your item is shipped out. You may then track your package and register to receive text updates through the curriers website.
