The bezel rotates clockwise, crafted in solid 18kt yellow gold with a blue/yellow cerachrome ceramic bezel insert. The 41mm case is slightly larger than it’s predecessor model 116618 which now boasts the Rolex Calibre 3235 Perpetual Automatic movement which now has a 70-hour power reserve, 18kt yellow gold screw down crown and is water resistant up to 300m / 1000ft.
