For customers interested in making a direct wire transfer, we accept both domestic and international orders. Please note that wire transfer orders cannot be placed online and must be placed over the phone. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order number and wire transfer details via email. SHIPPING GUIDE
All shipping addresses will be recorded by order and email. Only addresses recorded can be used for shipment. A shipment address cannot be changed once an item is shipped out from our facility. We ask that you plan ahead of the delivery date and ensure that the purchaser is at the business/residence on the date of delivery to receive your package.
Most items are shipped with insured shipping labels overnight and require the signature of the purchaser upon the delivery of the package. For added security, you may request that your item be shipped to your nearest FedEx or UPS facility for pickup.
PACKAGING

As part of this commitment, all packages shipped by us are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. Moreover, to ensure the highest level of security, all packages are shipped with an “Adult Signature” requirement before release by the FedEx driver.

Therefore, we kindly ask that you inspect the package before signing to ensure that it has not been tampered with or damaged during transit.
